Invitation to participate in the Disability Strategy for Southern DHB - Cromwell

Do you have a disability or chronic illness? 
Do you provide support to someone with a disability 
or chronic illness?
Southern District Health Board (SDHB) is developing a strategy to
make sure that they are responsive to disabled people and their
healthcare needs.
The Donald Beasley Institute is helping to develop the strategy on behalf of the SDHB and invites you to a consultation meeting. 



WHEN:  Monday, 18th February 2019
               11.30am - 1.30pm

WHERE:  Cromwell Presbyterian Hall 
                 10 Elspeth Street 

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to take part in the development of the strategy, email: and an invite to take part in a survey will be sent to your email address. If you do not have access to a computer, telephone 03 479 2162 so that a printed copy of the survey can be sent to you. 


Please notify Donald Beasley Institite by Monday 11 February if are attending this meeting and would like an interpretation service. They will be happy to arrange for NZSL interpreters should there be a need.
