The Dunedin Chinese Garden is currently the only authentic Chinese Garden in New Zealand.
Entry: It offers an entry that is accessible by use of a ramp.
Toilet: There is an accessible toilet on site.
Accessibility: There are some stairs throughout the Chinese Garden, limiting wheelchair access to some parts of the garden.
Participation: There is an onsite tea house which is accessible and provides authentic Chinese tea and finger food.

The Forsyth Barr Stadium is the largest indoor events arena in New Zealand.
Entry: The venue is accessible as well as plenty of accessible car parks allocated throughout the car park.
Toilets: There are well located accessible toilets throughout the stadium.
Accessibility: There is lift access to all levels of the stadium and plenty of seating around the stadium for wheelchair users and accompanying guests.
Participation: Prior contact will ensure an enjoyable experience and assistance if required. Although this is a covered stadium it can still be windy, so warm clothes may be needed.

Moana Pool is an indoor heated pool which provides a range of swimming areas.
Entry: There are two accessible car parks at the entrance to the pool and easy access through automatic doors.
Toilets: Accessible toilets
Accessibility: Lift access is located in the corriedor leading to the leisure pool. Two wheelchair accessible family changing rooms.
Participation: Two water wheelchairs available for use, enquire at reception. As well as an onsite hoist available.

New Zealand Sports Hall of Fame

The New Zealand Sports Hall of Fame showcases the achievements of New Zealand's greatest sports heros. Housed upstairs in the historic Railway Station it is accessible for wheelchair users.
Entry: There are two disability car parks and a wide ramp at the entrance. A lift in the foyer takes you up to the hall.
Toilets: There are accessible toilets on the ground floor and in the hall.
Accessibility: While the reception desk is higher than recommended for wheelchair users, the corridors are wide and enable good access to the displays.
Participation: Some displays have minimum width for front viewing. There is an onsite cafe located on the ground floor.

Speight's Ale House

The Speight's Ale House offers award winning tours which can be individualised to suit your needs.
Entry: Access to the Speight's Ale House may require assistance from a friend or through prior arrangement from the friendly staff.
Toilet: There is an accessible toilet on the first floor of the brewery.
Accessibility: A lift is used to access different areas of the brewery allowing wheelchair users to acces two thirds of the building.
Participation: Onsite there is a souvenir shop and The Speight's Ale House restaurant.

The Taieri Gorge Railway runs train tours that are accessible for wheelchair users. Advance notification of booking is required to enable an accessible carriage to be made available. Staff members are on hand for assistance onto the train.
